At AMEI, we believe that recognising the academic achievements and tracking of education contributions are important to the academic career advancement of our healthcare educators.

We provide resources and opportunities to support the academic career of healthcare educators. These include:

Monitoring the educational contributions and competency development of members for appraisal purposes. AMEI courses attended are captured through an education database.
A report of educational activities with AMEI can be requested for:
- Providing opportunities to train the next generation of healthcare professionals to be better educators
- Supporting the evaluation of educational innovations for research and publications
- Coaching educators on how to organise their teaching achievements via an educator's portfolio

Consultation Fee

All consultation sessions are chargeable at S$200 per hour, subjected to prevailing GST rates.
Note: Consultation fee is subject to change.

How to Schedule Your Consultation?

Kindly seek approval from your ACP Chair/Vice Chair or HOD first.
Submit your application for the SingHealth Education Office’s Harmonised Call for Faculty Development to your ACPs/Colleges to obtain funding for your consultation.
If your fund application is successful, AMEI will contact you.

Note: For requests that are expected to take more than one hour, ACPs/Colleges should put up adequate funding amount for the consultation project. For example, a research project that requires multiple consultation sessions may take up to four hours instead of just one hour.
