IPSQ is a dedicated team of professionals and subject experts from different training backgrounds and education such as sciences, engineering, design, communications, arts and psychology, to name a few.
Our team provides and conducts regular in-house training programmes aimed at upskilling and uplifting upgrading the patient safety, quality improvement and design & innovation capabilities of our cluster under the “Academic Medicine – Enhancing Performance, Improving Care (AM-EPIC)” Framework.
We are the domain experts for Clinical Excellence Balanced Scorecard (BSC) reporting and we also spearhead the Cross Institution Infection Control (CIIC) audit which includes hand hygiene, environmental hygiene and kitchen hygiene.
Our team will continue to build upon existing and new programmes and strengthen the core pillars of:

As we continue to expand our network and build our resources, our team collaborates and connects with external partners such as World Health Organization (WHO), International Council of Nurses (ICN) and countries such as Maldives, Indonesia, Pakistan in advocating for education and professional development in Patient Safety and Quality to improve patient outcomes and deliver safe care, as well as sharing of best practices.
