You are required to complete all 4 courses and attain a GPA of 3.0 in the assessment which comprises of class participations, 
quizzes, assignments and end-of-course assessments to be conferred the Graduate Certificate from Duke-NUS Medical School.

You are required to complete all 5 courses and attain a GPA of 3.0 in the assessment which comprises of class participations,
quizzes, assignments, end-of-course assessments and a capstone project to be conferred the Graduate Diploma from the
National University of Singapore (NUS).

*please note that the Capstone project is not applicable for Applicant who enrolled directly into Master’s in Patient Safety & Healthcare Quality (MPSQ)
or who decides to progress directly from Graduate Certificate Level to MPSHQ.

You are required to complete all 8 courses and attain a GPA of 3.0 in the assessment which comprises of class participations,
quizzes, assignments, end-of-course assessments and a Thesis to be conferred the Master’s Degree from the National University
of Singapore (NUS).
