The annual IPSQ SingHealth Duke-NUS Quality & Innovation Day (QID) aims to celebrate the quality improvement efforts of SingHealth Institutions and to inspire us to look past the challenges, in our drive towards building high-reliability healthcare organisations for our patients, staff and visitors. The curated programme keeps us up-to-date on innovative methods, processes and tools in improvement through sharing and learning with fellow colleagues and invited speakers from healthcare and beyond.

The SingHealth Duke-NUS Quality & Innovation Day 2024 was held fully onsite at Academia, Level 1, SGH Campus, on 15 March 2024, Friday! Themed "Advancing Frontiers of Improvement through Embracing Change" the programme was lined up with many exciting industry experts such as Mandai Wildlife Group, National Library Board (NLB), AI Singapore, Singapore Biodesign, SPD(a disability focused organisation), Mindful Insights, SingHealth Patient Advocacy Network (SPAN) and more!

Themed "Future of Healthcare - Create, Cultivate & Celebrate!" the event featured an exciting line-up of speakers from Sport Singapore, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Philips, Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD),
Duke-NUS, Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), Brahm Centre and more!

The SingHealth Duke-NUS Quality & Innovation Day 2022 was held virtually on 11 March 2022. Themed 'Thriving in Challenging Times: Healthcare Quality in a Digitalised World', invited speakers ranged from external industries such as GovTech Singapore, Public Service Division (PSD), Google Singapore and internal speakers such as SingHealth Patient Advocacy Network (SPAN) and Academic Medicine Innovation Institute (AMII)!

The SingHealth Duke-NUS Quality & Innovation Day 2021 was held virtually on 12 March 2021 and attracted more than 500 participants. Themed 'Celebrating Hearts & Minds of Healthcare Quality', participants were inspired by speakers from Skillsfuture Singapore, Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF), A*STAR, Singapore Prison Services, Napier Healthcare and many more!
