'Academic Medicine – Enhancing Performance, Improving Care' (AM-EPIC) Framework is an education and professional development framework that delivers continuing education programmes that strengthen staff capabilities in patient safety and quality improvement.

Through collaborative train-the-trainer initiatives, faculty members from across SingHealth institutions collaborate to develop and deliver training that builds high-reliability healthcare organisations for patient safety. These programmes equip healthcare professionals with practical tools and methodologies to identify risks and drive improvements towards high reliability.

The AM-EPIC Framework comprises programmes in 6 competency domains:
