iTHRIVE - Reflect . Refresh . Recharge Mindfulness Series

This programme aims to provide you with the opportunity to Reflect, Refresh and Recharge through practicing mindfulness on a weekly basis (every Wednesday).

These short and powerful practices allow you to recognize how you are feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally and will help you re-centre yourself in the present moment. Participants will have the opportunity to learn and practice basic mindfulness, self-compassion and gratitude practices and then share and discuss how to apply these practices at work.

Note: In view of the COVID-19 situation, the face-to-face weekly sessions will be postponed till further notice.

During this period, our iTHRIVE Programme Faculty will conduct the weekly mindfulness session through a Zoom Cloud Meetings app. Our sessions are live every Wednesday noon at two timings (same content):

Session 1: 12:00pm-12:25pm (every Wednesday)

Session 2 (repeat): 12:30pm-12:55pm (every Wednesday)

iTHRIVE - ARTpreciate

This programme is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to mindfully reflect, refresh and recharge through the arts and embodiment practices. These sessions support self-care and mental well-being through increasing insights and self-awareness around your body and mind.

iTHRIVE - ARTpreciate programme is made possible by The CARE Collection, Caring through the Arts by National Gallery Singapore and Singapore Arts Museum.

During this period, our iTHRIVE Programme Faculty will conduct the weekly ARTpreciate session through a Zoom Cloud Meetings app. Our sessions are live every Friday noon:

Session 1: 12:00pm-12:30pm (every Friday)
