Before You Register

​Here are some important information to read and understand before registering for the SingHealth Duke-NUS Scientific Congress 2025. Kindly contact the secretariat should you have further questions.

Important Information to Note

1. Please note that all sessions will be held at SGH campus, unless otherwise stated. 
   
   
2. Kindly note that seats for all sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
   
   
3. Do note that full registration fees will be charged for any cancellation/replacement received after 19 August 2025.
   
   
4. In the event where a refund is necessary, please note that the bank admin charges will be borne by the participant.
   
   
5. The Secretariat will be in touch with you within five (5) working days upon receiving your registration.
   

About Funding for SingHealth staff

1. For SingHealth staff who wish to tap on funding from the Harmonised Grant Call (Residency FD Fund, AMEI ACP FD Fund, Tan Yew Hock FD Fund & Pre-Employment Clinical Training Fund), please note that the application period opens from 1 April to 7 May 2025. Kindly contact your respective fund administration office for more information. 
   
   
2. SingHealth staff who wish to tap on other sources of funding (such as Personal Training Fund, Department Fund, etc) should obtain approval from your respective HRs or department administrators before submitting your registration. You will be required to provide the necessary billing details in order to complete your registration.
   
   
3. For general enquiries on funding matters, please contact:
1. For SingHealth Residency Faculty & Medical PECT Faculty, please contact your respective ACPs.
   
2. For SingHealth Nursing PECT Faculty, please contact College of Clinical Nursing (CCN) at [email protected].
   
3. For SingHealth Allied Health PECT Faculty, please contact College of Allied Health (CAH) at [email protected].
4. For SingHealth Clinical Pharmacy Faculty, please contact College of Clinical Pharmacy (CCP) at [email protected].  
   

Modes of Payment

Registrants are required to make full payment (in Singapore Dollars) inclusive of prevailing taxes. All prices indicated are inclusive of prevailing 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

1. Credit Card Payment: Kindly select the correct registration category payment in registration form. Please note that credit card transaction fees will be borne by the participant in the event of refund.
   
   
2. Invoice: Kindly provide the billing details stated in the registration form. The secretariat will contact you for verification and confirmation purposes. Please be reminded to seek approval from your HODs and HR before submitting your registration.
   
   
3. On-site registration: Credit card payments (only VISA and MasterCard) will be accepted. The registration counters will be located at Academia, the official SingHealth Duke-NUS Scientific Congress 2025 venue.
   

Continuing Professional Education

For Singapore-registered doctors, nurses, dentists, allied health professionals and pharmacists only, professional points (application in progress) will be awarded for attending the main conference, pre-conference and post-conference workshops.
