This highly interactive session will introduce you to the core principles and applications of the Lego Serious Play®LSP method. Through guided activities, you will experience firsthand how this innovative approach can: 

  • Enhance team collaboration and synergy 
  • Unlock creative problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities 
  • Facilitate more effective communication and understanding within and across teams for better patient care 
This workshop is not a training session to use the LSP method but for you to experience the possibilities of how this method can be applied to your own practice. Because of the interactive nature of the workshop, we can only accommodate a maximum of 12 participants. The workshop will be conducted by a Certified Lego Serious Play facilitator.  


Learning Outcome(s):

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the benefits of LSP 
  • Build your own individual model using Legos 
  • Discuss the possibilities of using LSP in your organization 


Target Audience:

This workshop is designed for department heads, program directors, or any decision makers that would like to adopt LSP as a method to facilitate discussion within their organization.
