Mr K. Prabu Naidu

Prabu Naidu, holding a Master's degree in Organisational Behaviour and an Honours degree in Economics from the University of London, has established a four-decade career. With over two decades of managerial experience in MNCs like PHILPS, AT&T, and COMPAQ, he transitioned seamlessly into coaching and mentoring roles across Singapore and Asia since 1999.
 
His influence extends beyond corporates, evident in pivotal roles in professional bodies and councils. He served as Vice-chair of the Chartered Management Institute (UK) Singapore Branch Council and chaired the Singapore Government’s Human Resources Development Feedback Group. Prabu’s commitment to education is evident through his adjunct lecturer roles at prestigious institutions like the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) and Curtin University, Singapore Campus.
 
As an esteemed author, he co-authored "SPOT on Facilitation: Engaging People, Empowering Teams, Exceeding Goals," a seminal work on facilitation in Asia. Additionally, he co-founded the Facilitators Network Singapore, advancing facilitation professionalism. Internationally recognised as a certified facilitator and trainer, Prabu played a key role in developing the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) leadership programme called INSIGHTS from 2012 to 2014. Since 2020, he has volunteered with patient and caregiver support groups at the Singapore Cancer Society (SCS), SingHealth Patient Advocacy Network (SPAN), and TTSH.
