Keegan is a pharmacist working at the National Cancer Centre Singapore. He holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy and has embarked on a doctoral study of ethical issues and moral dilemmas facing clinical pharmacists. It is hoped that new insights into pharmacy ethics will pave the way towards broadening pharmacy ethics in Singapore and beyond.
