Mr Meng Xian Kun

Meng Xian Kun, a registered pharmacist with a Master's degree in instructional design and technology, brings over a decade of experience in instructional design within healthcare contexts. His passion lies in using instructional design methodologies and learning technologies to enhance curriculum and programme development. His expertise is in stakeholder management, needs analysis, eLearning design, instructional activities design, programme implementation, and evidence-based evaluation. His latest project helps stakeholders navigate the challenging VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) problem space to design a functioning asset-building and community-building programme for health coordinators in various community settings.
