Dr Shalini Sri Kumaran
Consultant,
Department of Internal Medicine,
SingHealth, Singapore
Dr Shalini Sri Kumaran is a consultant internist and obstetric medicine physician at Singapore General Hospital. She obtained her medical degree from Monash University, Australia, and gained valuable experience as a junior doctor there, before relocating to Singapore in 2009. In 2015, she completed her specialist training in Advanced Internal Medicine, followed by a fellowship in obstetric medicine in Vancouver, Canada, in 2018.
She has a robust commitment to medical education, having taught both medical and nursing students at SGH and this was recognised with the Outstanding Faculty Award in 2016. Currently, she holds the position of lead for Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine Year 5 students within the division of medicine in SGH.
