In 2017, 18 passionate educators from Cohort 3 of the AMEI Education Leadership (AMLead) Programme completed their 9-month learning journey in educational leadership. Prof Ivy Ng, GCEO of SingHealth, joined in the session and shared on her leadership journey and challenges. She highlighted that educational leaders play a critical role in stewarding the future of healthcare education and influencing the next generation of healthcare professionals.
The programme aims to equip key education appointment holders from the various Academic Clinical Programmes (ACP) and departments to lead new and existing integrated educational initiatives, enabling them to be effective and efficient in their roles.
