In 2016, 16 education leaders completed their nine-month journey in the AMEI Education Leadership (AMLead) Programme.
The last session was attended by Prof Ivy Ng, GCEO of SingHealth, who shared her vision on the future of healthcare education landscape in the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre. Prof Ng highlighted that we can enhance education by relooking at how resources can be better prioritised to create greater value that will positively impact our learners and patients. She also shared insights on how to stay resilient in the face of challenging situations.
The AMEI Education Leadership Programme aims to equip key education appointment holders from ACPs and departments to lead new and existing integrated educational initiatives, enabling them to be effective and efficient in their roles. The graduands presented their project posters at the Graduation Ceremony that was well attended.
