Navigating the Workplace – Being Agile

Date: 23 Sep 2023, Saturday | Time: 0900 - 1030 | Track Type: Symposium | Venue: L1-S3, Academia

Healthcare professionals and researchers manage multiple roles and responsibilities whether it is delivering patient care, conducting translational research or managing people. Various work-life demands create stress and overwhelm as we attempt to make sense of our volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world of work.

We will discuss how we can develop agility in navigating the workplace. We will present insights from personal experiences and offer practical tools through the lenses of 3 areas: managing expectations, developing emotional intelligence, and building resilience. We invite you to participate in this dialogue aimed towards your personal growth, and the development of your teams at the workplace.
