On 24 Aug 2018, our clinicians from the Musculoskeletal Sciences ACP together with other esteemed guests from several different ACPs had gone “on course for cure”, at the New Tanjong Course of Sentosa Golf Club. The guest-of-honour for the event was Mr. Lim Boon Heng; Chairman of Temasek Holdings. The fundraising event was held to seek improvements in treatment strategies that could potentially save lives in the areas of Cardiovascular Sciences, Musculoskeletal Sciences, Neurosciences and Oncology.
The golfing event was later followed by a dinner where valuable items were auctioned off to raise funds as well as a prize presentation for the winners of the golfing event. Our generous sponsors and donors had also chipped in for door gifts and contributed to the donation which culminated in an estimated tally of S$400,000. A big thank you to all who have contributed in one way or another for this great cause as well!
