Pathology Today 2022 - A SWEET Pairing of Diabetes with the Clinical Laboratory

Our annual Pathology Today seminar was carried out virtually via Zoom webinar on Saturday, 15 Oct 2022. Over 300 local and regional clinicians, allied health professionals, researchers and students attended the webinar themed “A SWEET Pairing of Diabetes with the Clinical Laboratory”.

The speakers and titles of the talks were as follows.

  • “POC-Glucose – Enhanced Governance to Augment its Role in Diabetes Clinical Management” by Dr Yeo Chin Pin, Head and Senior Consultant, Department of Clinical Pathology, SGH

  • “Optimizing Glycaemia in Diabetes: The Role of Continuous Glucose Monitoring” by Dr Suresh Rama Chandran, Consultant, Department of Endocrinology, SGH
