Asst Prof Sarada Bulchand

Dr Bulchand is a scientist-educator. She leads the Duke-NUS Career Development Program, and trains healthcare educators at the Academic Medicine Education Institute at Duke-NUS. She is certified in Team Based Learning and is Co-course Director of the Duke-NUS Premed Course. She also holds certifications in fundamentals of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Emotional Intelligence. As a certified career coach by Workforce Singapore, she champions and facilitates the professional development of scientists at various stages of their careers by using established coaching frameworks, psychology paradigms and academic tools. She received her PhD from NUS in Molecular Biology. Her areas of expertise include research, educational program development, implementation and evaluation, personal & professional development, and science communication.
