Dr Tan Hui Li is an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) and the lead for the APN internship programme at Singapore General Hospital (SGH). She has been involved in research, education and quality improvement projects relating to critical care and code blue performance for more than ten years. Dr Tan also has IPE experience in IPE code blue simulations, prone positioning training for ARDS, crisis resource management during the pandemic and ECMO simulation training. Two of her training programmes also won the AMEI Programme Excellence Award – Nurses’ Code Blue Simulation Programme in 2018, and ICU Prone Positioning Training Programme in 2022.
