Masterclass - 2023 Sessions
QI Masterclass Series is developed to create a sharing and conversational platform where experts share about interesting experiences and innovative projects in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety. To inject clinical relevance, there will be deliberate designing of content to be contextualised to Medicine for collective and continuous learning. With these, opportunities to improve faculty-resident engagement can be established, facilitate interprofessional collaboration and spark off new quality initiatives to solve system-level problems.

In this third session of the QI Masterclass Series, we have invited Assoc Prof Brian Wong from Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre to share with us on how to improve learner outcomes using a decade-long journey leveraging a faculty-resident ‘co-learning’ approach while simultaneously building faculty capacity for QI, and its subsequent impact on improving patient care processes and outcomes.	In this fourth session of the QI Masterclass Series, we have invited Dr Christopher Hayes from Trillium Health Partners to share with us on the importance of addressing QI related burden and practical strategies to make improvement interventions more sustainable and the workplace more joyful.

In this fifth session of the QI Masterclass Series, we have invited Dr Maria Kordowicz from University of Nottingham Centre for Interprofessional Education and Learning to share with us on the concept of relational QI and how nurturing good relationships at work should be a core consideration of quality improvement efforts.	In this sixth session of the QI Masterclass Series, we have invited Dr Amar Shah from East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) to share with us on 'Making Quality Improvement Joyous and Meaningful'.
QI Masterclass Session 7 (28 Oct)
In this seventh session of the QI Masterclass Series, we have invited Dr Eric Wei and Dr Mona Krouss from NYC Health + Hospitals to share with us on ‘Lessons Learned from Leading Quality Improvement & Patient Safety at the Largest Municipal Safety-Net Health System in the United States’.
