Ms Chen Huiying

Ms Chen is a Nurse Educator at Sengkang General Hospital (SKH), specialising in critical care and is also actively involved in bedside teaching as a ward-based educator. She often performs clinical coaching and debriefing to train new nurses attached to the high dependency units (HDU) as well as conducting interprofessional in situ simulation in the intensive care units (ICU) to enhance patient care. Ms Chen is also involved in developing and conducting courses for postgraduate nurses to ensure that there is continual education and they are kept abreast with the current practices.
