FM ACP Study Trip

FM ACP went to Duke Health for its first study visit in May 2017. The ACP embarked on a second study trip to the UK from 18-22 March 2019 to have a more comprehensive understanding of academic Family Medicine, the issues and challenges, and how best to manage them and excel in an Academic Medicine Centre.

The 18-member delegation was led by Adj Asst Prof Adrian Ee, Chair, FM ACP and comprised Adj Prof Lee Chien Earn, Deputy Group CEO (Regional Health System), SingHealth, representatives from MOH Office of Healthcare Transformation (MOHT), selected FM ACP Key Appointment Holders, representatives from its member institutions and the secretariat.

The group visited several medical centres, medical schools and other relevant sites in Norwich, Ipswich and London, and had fruitful and enriching discussions with the hosts.
