We go through life experiencing many firsts. From the first beat of our heart to our last breath, music is intrinsically part of our human experience. Join Music Therapists from KKH and SGH as we traverse the musical journey of life to connect with, express, and reflect on encounters starting as a baby discovering our first sounds, growing into a small child and exchanging melodies with others, developing to a teenager identifying our unique voice, growing into young adulthood and learning harmony with others, before reaching older adulthood and singing our final tune. Come discover life as a series of musical exchanges. 

No prior experience of knowledge in music is needed to attend this workshop. Everyone is welcome!
