Access Restricted Cluster (ARC)

The Access Restricted Cluster (ARC) is a standalone facility hosted by Health Services Research Centre (HSRC) to facilitate collaborations with external partners and academic partners for the goal of healthcare analytics.

Large emphasis is placed on confidentially and security of the data:

  • It is housed in a secured environment with at least two layers of controlled access
  • No electronic data entry devices should be operated within the ARC
  • Only approved aggregated data and analysis can be released to the external collaborators

This is how the ARC works

Procedures for using ARC:

  • Project Application Form to ensure the proper deployment of resources and avoid misinterpretation of data.
  • The project plan to be submitted and approved via Non-Disclosure Agreement (NAD) and Research Collaboration Agreement (RCA) or Project Agreement (PA)
  • You can apply for funding to support you projects via the HEARTs Grants managed by HSRI.
