The "Flipped" Classroom: Using Team-Based Learning to Enhance the Learning Within Your Course (SELECTIVE)

This workshop is designed to introduce participants to the basics of Team-Based Learning (TBL) and inspire them to consider using TBL in their curricula.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

Identify the key elements of TBL sessions through MCQ questions.
Critique the different phases of TBL through application debate.
Debate various methods to use for creating TBL teams through application.
Identify barriers to implementation of TBL in their setting through application debate.
Strategise effective solutions to overcoming those barriers through application gallery walk.
