Debriefing of complex simulated clinical cases is often regarded as challenging; and in the face of complexity, many of us tend to revert to the familiar, focusing the debriefing conversation on the clinical management of the case instead. During this interactive and hands-on workshop, participant will learn to recognise, address and debrief CRM aspects through the use of simulated case recordings. 

Learning Objectives:
  1. Learn to recognise CRM aspects during simulation scenarios
  2. Interactive training in addressing and debriefing those aspects, based on simulated cases
