In this workshop, we will explore the issues, concepts, and concerns associated with psychological safety as well as its importance in fostering effective learning environments. The role of the cultural context in creating and maintaining psychological safety for everyone involved in the learning proccess will also be addressed.
 


Learning Outcomes:
At the end of the workshop, participants will learn to:

  1. Explore the necessary conditions and identify behaviours that support psychological safety in debriefing
  2. Understand the role of the cultural context in creating or challenging psychological safety
