Even while the world has been in the grip of an unprecedented pandemic, myocardial infarctions (MI) continue to be a leading cause of morbidity and mortality in Singapore and the rest of the world. While in-hospital treatments for MI have contributed to better outcomes, we know that the main determinant of longer-term prognosis is in secondary prevention efforts.
Join us as we outline the latest advances in the secondary prevention of coronary events - touching on the evolutions in antithrombotic therapy, as well as diabetic and lipids management in the primary care setting. We will discuss the best ways that we can partner with you to help our chronic coronary syndrome patients make the transition out of hospital based care, and back to the community.
