[RGR] Pushing the Boundary of Hypertension Care in Primary Care: Precise Diagnosis and Monitoring

​How can healthcare professionals cope with the rising prevalence of hypertension in Singapore?

At our next Research Grand Rounds on 27 July 2022, 12.30pm to 1.30pm, join Prof Ng Chirk Jenn (Senior Consultant, SingHealth Polyclinics, SHP & Clinical Professor, Health Services & Systems Research, Duke-NUS Medical School) as he shares about how pragmatic research that combines technology with clinical and behavioural data can help in decision making and provide better hypertension care for patients.

He will also delve into the real-world challenges of potential solutions such as wearable devices create in terms of data interpretations and accessibility, which are crucial for doctors and nurses to make fast and accurate diagnosis and personalizing the treatment plan.

Facilitating our Q&A session is CI Assoc Prof Tan Ngiap Chuan who is a Director for the Department of Research at SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP). He is also the Vice-Chair of Research under the SingHealth Duke-NUS Family Medicine Academic Clinical Program.
