Dr Hendriks moved to UK from Singapore in 2002 to undertake her medical degree at the University of Liverpool, graduating in 2008. She subsequently remained in Liverpool over the next 10 years to complete her paediatric speciality training. In 2020, Dr Hendriks returned to Singapore, where she now lives with her husbands and four children.
Working at KKH, Dr Hendriks aims to build and enrich her paediatric experience in Singapore, both in General Paediatrics and Paediatric Emergency medicine. She is also passionate in cultivating her special interests in Youth and Adolescent Wellbeing, recognising the unique healthcare needs of this age group. Her other interests include promoting Joy at Work as well as iPatient Experience and has been actively involved in both hospital and community-based projects in these areas.
With her compassionate approach and dedication to her profession, Dr Hendriks continues to positively impact the lives of children and their families in Singapore.
