Lumps and bumps remain one of the most common complaints of patients in primary healthcare. While most are benign and innocuous, a proportion of growths can be cancerous or cause significant morbidity. We will highlight a simplified workflow known as SPEED protocol to aid diagnosis of malignant lumps in the primary healthcare setting.
