iTHRIVE - Reflect . Refresh . Recharge Mindfulness Series

This programme aims to provide you with the opportunity to Reflect, Refresh and Recharge through practicing mindfulness. These short and powerful practices allow you to recognize how you are feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally and will help you re-centre yourself in the present moment. Participants will have the opportunity to learn and practice basic mindfulness, self-compassion and gratitude practices and then share and discuss how to apply these practices at work.

Empathy and Compassion​This module aims to provide you with an understanding of empathy and compassion as well as tools to foster your sense of empathy and compassion for self and others.
By the end of this module, you will be able to understand what empathy is and is not, appreciate self-compassion and other-compassion as well as learn practices that can help you foster your sense of empathy and compassion.
Focus​This module aims to provide you with skills and techniques that will improve your ability to focus at work and at home.
By the end of this module, you will be able to understand mind wandering, multi-tasking and focus, learn strategies to improve focus, as well as recognise when best to apply these strategies to improve focus.
Better Sleep for Improved Health and Wellness​This module aims to provide you with knowledge and skills to manage fatique-related risk.
By the end of this module, you will be able to understand the causes and consequences of fatigue, recognise the signs of sleepiness and fatigue, as well as learn strategies to manage your sleep. 
Stress Management​This module aims to provide you with an understanding of your stressors and tools to manage stress.
By the end of this module, you will be able to understand stress, recognise the signs of stress. reflect on the stressors and learn strategies to manage your stress.
Mindfulness Facilitator Guide
This guide is designed and intended to serve as a handy guide for you to facilitate the practice of four mindfulness techniques, as well as provide tips on how to engage and facilitate the discussion and Q&A segment during the mindfulness session.
