Dr Hester Lau is an Associate Consultant with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH). She graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS in 2016 and began her Obstetrics and Gynaecology training under Singhealth in 2017. She obtained her Membership of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (MRCOG) from UK in 2022 and her Master of Medicine (MMed O&G) from Singapore in 2022.She completed her residency training in 2024 and obtained her Specialist accreditation from the Singapore Medical Council.

With deep passion for women’s health and a commitment to advancing the field of obstetrics and gynaecology, Dr Lau is actively involved in both clinical practice and research. Her current research interest includes improving maternal and neonatal outcomes. As a strong advocate for patient-centered care, Dr Lau believes in empowering patients through education and compassion. She works closely with patients and their families to provide individualised care, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. She is committed to delivering exceptional care and improving the lives of women through innovation, education, and compassion.
