Dr Jinnie Pang is a breast surgeon practising at KK Women's and Children's Hospital, Singapore. She completed her advanced surgical training in General Surgery before sub-specialising in breast surgery.
Her interests include breast cancer treatment and lactation-related conditions. For breast cancer treatment, various surgical techniques can be used to improve cosmetic outcomes while maintaining the best oncologic outcome – these include breast conserving surgery or mastectomy with immediate reconstruction. As a mother with experience of breast-feeding, she has a special interest in lactation-related conditions and believes in holistic management of such conditions beyond just surgery.
Dr Pang is also adept with the whole range of breast procedures such as imaging-guided core biopsy, vacuum-assisted biopsy and Radioisotope Occult Lesion Localization (ROLL).
