Dr Timothy Tan is an Associate Consultant at the Department of Diagnostic and Interventional Imaging, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, sub-specialising in paediatric imaging. He is also an adjunct research fellow with Singhealth Duke-NUS Radiological Sciences ACP and Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore.
Dr Tan obtained his basic medical degree from the University of Manchester, UK, in 2015. He completed the Singhealth Diagnostic Radiology Residency programme in July 2023 and was awarded the College of Radiologists Singapore Gold Medal for being the top performing candidate at the Diagnostic Radiology certifying exam. He was also conferred the postgraduate degrees of FRCR and MMed in 2021, and was also awarded the NMRC Research Training Fellowship in 2022 to pursue research training. His research interests lie in the applications of artificial intelligence in radiology and in children’s imaging.
