Profile

​Dr Joshua Wong is a Head and Consultant in the Occupational Medicine Service in Sengkang General Hospital (SKH). He completed his specialist training in Occupational Medicine in 2015 and helmed a division in the Ministry of Home Affairs looking after medical policies and service provision for law enforcement officers before joining SKH in 2022 as an Occupational Medicine consultant. His day to day work revolves around ensuring employees are fit for work, managing injured employees who require temporary job modifications as part of their recovery process and championing workplace health promotion initiatives. He also dedicates his time to educate the next generation of doctors and was recently appointed a Core Faculty Member of the National Preventive Medicine Residency Programme in 2023.
