Clinical Professor Yeo Khung Keong is the Chief Executive Officer and a Senior Consultant with the Department of Cardiology at the National Heart Centre Singapore (NHCS). He is also the Academic Chair of the SingHealth Duke-NUS Cardiovascular Sciences Academic Clinical Programme, and was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Data Science and Innovation) at NHCS from January 2022 to May 2023. He leads the MitraClip programme at NHCS, and his subspecialty interests are in interventional cardiology, structural heart disease, vascular medicine and peripheral arterial interventions.He is a Clinical Professor with Duke-NUS Medical School and is the Scientific Lead for the Clinical Sciences and Database Core at the National Heart Research Institute Singapore. In research work, he is the Principal Investigator of the SingCLOUD and SingHEART studies. Clin Prof Yeo is also the Deputy Group Chief Medical Informatics Officer (Research) for SingHealth. He previously served as the Programme Director of the SingHealth Cardiology Senior Residency Programme and also as the Academic Vice-Chair (Training and Education) for the SingHealth Duke-NUS Cardiovascular Academic Clinical Programme (April 2016 to March 2021).Clin Prof Yeo is a member of the Singapore Cardiac Society; and is a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC), American Heart Association (FAHA), American College of Cardiology (FACC), the Asian Pacific Society of Cardiology (FAPSC), the Asian Pacific Society of Interventional Cardiology (FAPSIC), and the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (FSCAI). He is the Past-Chair of the Chapter of Cardiologists, Academy of Medicine Singapore, and the Chair of the Scientific Advisory Board for the Asian Pacific Society of Cardiology.
